JOSEPH ADDAE is the General Manager and joined RPL in August 2013 as an Accountant. A position he held with great passion and dedication to duty until he was promoted to the position of Finance Manager.
Prior to joining RPL, Joseph worked in different capacities as an Accountant at FOA Consult, Kumesh Ghana Limited and G-Mark Environmental Engineering Co. Limited. He also lectured in accounting at the College of Distance Education of the University of Cape-Coast Kasoa Study Centre as well as at the Central University College as a Teaching Assistant.
Joseph holds a degree in Commerce (B. Com) from University of Cape Coast and is currently working towards chartering with the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Joseph is passionate about the realisation of the company’s vision and brings his rich experience to support the company’s growth by managing critical finance functions. He has excellent skills in speeding up transaction processing, ensuring transparency and providing timely financial reports. Joseph is knowledgeable in regulatory and compliance requirements across a wide spectrum including Accounting, Petroleum and Tax.
Through continued hardwork and dedication to the company’s vision, Joseph assists the Managing Director in implementing the Board’s strategic directions for the company.
ELTON TAGOE is an accomplished Information Technology professional and is the IT Manager of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentration in Systems Technology from McMaster University, Hamilton – Canada. Elton has expertise in JAVA Visual C/C#, and Visual C++, CCNA, Web development and Comptia to mention but few.
He joined RPL in 2013 and has substantial experience in data management, retail and sales marketing and has set up business processes and standards for RPL’s IT support system. Supporting the company’s vision to utilise all available marketing strategies and be the OMC of choice and of the next generation, he developed and designed the RPlus card, and provides the support systems for monitoring the use of the card saving the company revenue and making it easier for customers to enjoy a cashless service. He also developed the R SCRATCH card which would make the company’s services and products available all over the country and create job opportunities for many.
Upon obtaining his degree, Elton worked in various capacities with Opinion Search Inc. Southbridge, Aramark Company Ottawa, and Direct Sales Force Ottawa all in Canada. Upon his return to Ghana Elton had stints with Kings Energy Limited, Quantum Energy Limited , Oil Channel Company Limited and Cirrus Oil.
Elton was an Executive member of Ghanaian Student Association (GSA) in Ontario and acted as VP for publication of Advertisements and is a member of the Computer Science Student Society (CCSS) Ontario.
GEORGE ANNOR-KORANTENG is a highly motivated and hardworking member of the team with excellent problem solving skills and adds a lot of value and meaning to his role as Operations Manager.
Prior to joining RPL he worked at Total Petroleum Limited as Assistant Projects Engineer gaining a wealth of experience in project management and regulatory compliance and formulation of standards and policies.
As Operations Manager George has been very successful at ensuring that the day-to-day maintenance issues at all RPL stations and offices are addressed timeously and seamlessly. He has excellent project supervisory skills and a good knowledge of standards and industry requirements.
George has developed a remarkable Standard of Operations Manual for RPL in line with regulatory requirements.
ELI AYIA HAMMOND is the Human Resource/Administrative Manager. She joined the company in 2016 bringing on board a varied expertise in human relations from various industries such as media, aviation, and legal as well as oil and gas.
Eli has a wealth of experience in managing people as a Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Coordinator, Administrative Secretary, Aviation Business Assistant as well as Business Development Manager.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the Methodist University of Ghana and is pursuing further courses aimed at gaining membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP), Ghana.
She is an expert in labour relations and has hands on experience in developing rich Human Resource policies that are in line with legal and regulatory requirements that guarantee the satisfaction of staff. Eli understands that the human capital of the company is its greatest asset and hence uses her rich experience to resolve any issues that may create staff anxieties.
EMMANUEL AMPONSAH holds a degree from the University of Ghana Business School in a BSc. Admin. (Accounting) and is the Ag. Finance Manager and Credit Control Manager of the company. He qualified as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana, (ICAG) in May 2016 and is working on becoming a chartered member.
Prior to joining Radiance Petroleum Limited, he worked with UHY Voscon, a firm of Chartered Accountants as a trainee accountant and an Audit Assistant. Whilst with UHY he was part of the team that audited various high profile clients.
Emmanuel joined Radiance in December 2015 bringing on board a rich background in Accounting with in-depth knowledge of Credit control strategies.
Emmanuel is hardworking and dedicated to duty commanding a lot of respect with clients and fellow staff for his humility and professionalism.
